Audio/Video Ministry

• Become a Home Fellowship Leader, Assistant or Women’s Assistant.
• Become a Worship leader for a Home Fellowship.

New Believers & Follow-up Ministry

Disciple new believers

• Reach out to new believers to guide them to grow in Christ.
• Lead one-on-one or group Your New Life in Christ Bible Study.
• Connect new believers to the body at HCF through Home Fellowships.
• Encourage new believers to attend Christian Walk Classes.
• Invite new believers to be baptized.
• Volunteers must complete Essentials For Life Equipping Course.

Send growing believers into ministry

• Encourage growing believers to identify their spiritual gifts. (1 Corinthians 12)
• Equip growing believers with tools to practically apply their spiritual gifts. (Ephesians 4:12)
• Encourage & give growing believers real ministry opportunities. (Ephesians 2:10)
• Volunteers must complete Essentials For Life Equipping Course.

Prayer Ministry

• 9:15 a.m. prayer for the morning services meets in the youth room.

Intercessory Prayer Team

• Pray for the weekly needs of Horizon Christian Fellowship, our Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

Substance Abuse Ministry (Most Excellent Way)

For those with a background or personal experience

• Prayer and encouragement.
• Attending fellowship meetings Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.
• Making phone calls.
• One on one mentoring.
• Counseling.

Ushers and Greeters

• Assisting with seating, offering and distributing Bibles at all services.
• Need men to help with assisting with communion.
• Greeters: greeting people and distributing bulletins as people enter the sanctuary.
• Information: directing people to appropriate person, place, or giving information.
• Picking up bulletins, Bibles, and other things left behind after all services.
